Level monitoring and quantity recording with the

NETBOX

Manufactured and programmed 100% in Austria

The NETBOX is an inexpensive measuring device for
Level monitoring and quantity recording of
Mineral oil products specially made for this
Area of application has been optimally designed.

Use for the following areas of activity
  • Petrol stations for business, public and private use
  • Tank farms for fuels such as diesel, petrol, autogas, liquefied gases, oils and heating oils
  • Monitoring system during product transport
  • Warehouse management: disposition, recording, mapping, evaluation of the warehouse status
  • Transport management: quantity control for optimal delivery
  • Security: Prompt detection of theft, measurement errors and leaks
  • Forecasts: Optimal purchasing based on history and market situation

.

  1. Rapid difference detection through rapid data comparison (delivery, warehouse, sales) within 24 hours
  2. Automatic notification to one or more people when a minimum level is reached
  3. Automatic detection of the filling of the storage container
  4. Clear and precise presentation of all measured values using a diagram
  5. Easy product ordering

  • The NETBOX stores and transmits data from the sensor to a server.
  • Sensor data are transmitted to the NETBOX with a checksum using a protocol, which is why the measurement data is transmitted 1: 1 to the server.
  • The data is transmitted via GSM (GPRS) or data line (LAN). This ensures a high level of operational and data security
  • The data interval can be set between 5 and 1440 minutes.
  • The NETBOX is designed for the extended temperature range from – 25 ° C to 70 ° C.
  • Power supply with a plug power supply unit 230 V AC to 15 V DC
  • Optionally also photovoltaic plus battery
  • In the event of repairs, the device can also be easily exchanged by the in-house electrician.
  • All data for tank geometries, sensors and NETBOX are stored centrally on the server.
  • Normally there are no running costs related to the hardware.
  • The NETBOX controls itself and generates reports and is maintenance-free.
  • Sensors from different manufacturers can be connected to the NETBOX (currently Keller and Fafnir). More, e.g. Hectronic, are in the planning stage.
